A competitive niche beat you? omg then you aren't good at creating opportunity and creating money then? There is no easy niche, there is only the study of ones client. When you study your client you are able to make them give you money, regardless of sales. This study is what makes Walmart and Amazon powerful, but yet at the same time both of them are utterly blind. You have BHW, its resources at your disposal with the right amount of money.
1st post. I know 2 people who have humour pages (with a specific theme) on instagram and are making a KILLING. they definitely are the only people in their targeted niche. It's really not that hard to come up with a theme on instagram. There's TONS that I can identify in a blink of an eye. The hard part is marketing it for rapid growth like they did. I have yet to figure that out. I have a health page but I think its so such an overly saturated topic. It's a dime a dozen. my content is great and have about 20 posts but only 40-50 followers after 1 week (organic growth). These guys have I am referencing have 500K+ and 700K+ with their accounts within 6 months time.
My advice to you (if it means anything): is to find something that has no competition because it's better to be a big fish in a small pond than a germ in the ocean.
Find something with no competition is not good advice IMO.
You want to create a page which brings value to whoever your trying to get paid by, if you want a "good niche" create high quality content in female clothing and then reach out to the 100's of brands, some of which will pay you to promote their products.
If you want money you need to have value to offer.
