Good niche to get in right now

have 1 decently successful account so far and im looking to branch off maybe into another more scalable niche. Just looking for ideas. Not the obvious ones though like comedy, hot girls, or fitness because those seem to be ridiculously competitive (i've tried)

If you plan on monetizing through ads (shoutouts) create accounts for which brands would pay you to be featured on.

Example: well curated watch content/ upload consistently and then reach out to the 100's of watch brands.

What you are wanting here? If you want low competitive niche, no body will disclose. Hire some one to get a niche.

High competition niche's are good for making money through promotions, it all depends on what you're goal is.

Are you still waiting for posts like "Whoa, after sever weeks spent on IG, I finally found a goldmine method, here is really no competition at all, I'm gonna announce my friend lilplox about that" ?
 
Weight loss, relationship, business related, dog training/pet training.
 
seem's like there are a few people who have nice helpful advice to give, so thank you. For the other people who are hating on my post, I only came here looking for ideas, not to offend any of you. Thank you for all your input

people act like their niche is top secret. News flash every niche on instagram is competitive. If its not it wont be worth a sh*T

The "every" niche is very good! ;)
An average lowhigh saturation with a decent amount of monetizing options. Almost everything works in this niche. CPA, Shoutouts, Merchandise...you name it.
