Good & Affordable Social Media Managers [SEEKING]

The audience of my sites have become too big and too communicative to check in on once a week. I'm looking for a company or social media manager to help monitor and handle my accounts. I wanted to check to see who you guys use or if you have any advice.

I'm tried a few vendors on oDesk (impossible to find strong English speakers which is a social nightmare).
