Urgent Suggestion Required regarding Godaddy Spam Complaint about my site
that is what i received today.

The Domain Name Abuse Department has responded to your inquiry, details of which are described below:

URGENT! This message has been sent to you regarding an unresolved spam complaint against your domain name. Immediate action is required.

Here is a brief outline of this situation:

- GoDaddy has received spam complaints regarding (MY SITE). Warnings were sent to you via email and you responded.

- We then supplied a sample email address from one of the complainants to you so that you could prove that this individual actually consented or "opted-in" to receive your mailings.

To date we have not received a response from you regarding this request.

Because you have not provided this proof you are in violation of your registration agreement and GoDaddy's Anti-Spam policy.

Your options are as follows:

----- Option #1: Discontinue unauthorized mailing practices.

If you wish to remain a GoDaddy customer you must reply to this message with the following:

1. A statement that you will no longer send email advertisements or promotional mailings to any individual that you cannot confirm has previously requested this information from you or your company.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy to charge the credit card on file for your account a $75 non-refundable abuse fee (you may want to log into your GoDaddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired).

GoDaddy will then continue to monitor this situation. If after you commit to ceasing this activity it is determined that this problem persists, your domain name may be immediately redirected and your service suspended. We realize additional complaints resulting from the mailing that generated the complaints we have already received may come in. We will of course consider this, and contact you before taking action.

------ Option #2: Transfer your domain name to another registrar.

If option #1 is not agreeable to you, or you are unable to abide by these spam policies, you will need to transfer your domain name to another registrar. To do this you will need to reply to this message with the following information:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain name to a new registrar within the next 48 hours.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy to charge the credit card on file for your account a $50 administration fee.

GoDaddy requires you to pay a this fee so that can close the spam review regarding your domain name, and clean up the unresolved spam complaints we have received.

A response from you regarding this situation is required.

We require that you make a decision choosing one of the two options outlined above within the next 48 hours. If we receive a reply that does not indicate a clear choice or we do not receive a response within the next 48 hours, your domain name will be redirected and your service will be suspended.

Holy shit. So all you have to do now is craft an email message containing your competitors domain on it, blast it out via some anonymous server, and then file complaint with godaddy.... This is one more reason why you should not do business with godaddy.
 
See if you can transfer it out today and screw em. It would be the first thing I would try though I've never had to do it.

when i received that email from go daddy i got exactly the same idea anyone can beat his competitor like this ,

and Please try to write the solution instead of telling me they sucks! Now i know they are but i want urgent possible solution so i can take some step i just got another email from them where they write

Option 2, but don't pay them a cent. Just transfer your domain away.
 
Move to Namecheap, been with them years and years and still yet to have a single problem.
 
dont even pay a single penny to them just transfer it they are sucking assholes!
 
Those guys are big asssholes. it happened to me before and what i did was i abandoned the domain and transferred away the rest of my domains(10) with them. Luckily, the affected domain was kind of a throwaway one.
 
thank you guys for the suggestions but abandoned is not acceptable option, i will try to transfer it to namecheap let s see.

They will not release the domain without paying the fee. Tell them to transfer the domain to another host, then hit them with a charge back complaining that this was not you responding to the email or spamming your domain and that you have been hacked. I think the chargeback fee is $50, so the chargeback gets your original $50 refunded back to you and dings them another $50 for being a d!ck.

yes they won't release it until i gave them $50 which i don't have right now i will get my payments on 1st of every month.
what actually they will do after 24 hours ? suspend my domain or redirect them to somewhere ? any one got in that kind of situation before ?

I am not sure what they will do with it if you do not have the funds. Have you asked about delaying payments till 1st of the month? I have heard that they will take the domain from you, but not sure how true that is or if they can even do that.

how can these 3 shitty opt in apply on me when i haven't done anything.
 
i will surely do that i have email them to wait until 2nd Oct 2013 so i can get my money on paypal. lets see what they reply this time
 
One option would be to register
godaddywillnotreleasemydomain.com
on godaddy, because they will obviously get you on an infringement lol,
BUT then go and register this domain
theworldsbiggestdomainregistrarwillnotreleasemydomain.com
(on another register, obviously :) )
then put content on it stating your case,
and - whilst you MUST NOT BE DEFAMATORY IN THE CONTENT -
simply show them the site and that you have many BH friends who are willling to SEO it to f*ck,
unless they release it and stop being such douches bags.

They will threaten to sue you etc... BUT the key here is that they will loose more than $50 business / reputation
by waiting, and therefor ethey will gladly settle before your site goes live...
there... problem solved :)

Take them on, David and Goliath style, because the irony is.... you WILL WIN the argument :)
