You have your reply here... why are you asking? You know the reason and you said it here on your thread. Your websites is using to much memory that is because it is being down. You should move to VPS/Dedicated server.
Hosting shared won't work to host a lot of websites.

Don't get me wrong .. Godaddy really tried to help me ... their customer support is really good ... I just didn't get the right package becuase of the traffic in my websites

it means. your reaching Maximum bandwith pe day using shared hosting won't help .you if your website.has been receiving almost 10k+ traffic per day,, you must buy an VPS or DDS To host your website to avoid downtimes and overbandwith.

Yes it is a wordpress blog. I use plugins (I don't know what "caching" mean) ... I have like 8 activr plugins.

Now you serving your site not cached, so every time somebody opens your site, it hits php and database, which eats resources pretty fast. With caching plugin, your site visitors pretty much never hits php or database, so you have more free resources, and if your site is not big yet enough, you don't even need to upgrade hosting plan, with caching.
My suggestion would be to use Swift Performance Lite plugin.
Now you serving your site not cached, so every time somebody opens your site, it hits php and database, which eats resources pretty fast. More than likely what is happening is you have exceeded the allotted resources that are provided to you which is why you are seeing so much downtime. The best advice we can give you here is to upgrade to an larger package, or in my honest opinion find a webhosting company here that caters to BHW members
