Yeah, you do not want to buy hosting from Godaddy ever.

I've never actually bought their hosting because all I've seen are horror stories. Outside of that, dealing with them while developing clients' websites was atrocious.

Back your files up and get real hosting and move your sites.
I'm sure if you ask for recommendations you'll get some decent hosts brought up.

That's the problem that i have, I have a
website and I downloaded the backup file and uploaded to wordpress.org to test if it works but the problem is there is no videos in any of the contents, there is only the video codes but no videos. That's what im trying to solve. I will leave Godaddy as soon as i solve this problem

rocket.net it's a good alternative (I'm not affiliated), but never godaddy.
Absolutely BHW marketplace has some very good hosting provider compared to this big names.

I mean no offence, but I think you are the joke. I mean, it's only someone who's just getting into IM who would still do a business that requires rebilling or a trust from godday.
It's bad enough to buy a domain from gaddy,....buying a host from em is insane.....

Move ALL domains to Epik.
Find a cheap host on BHW or one of the boards that the ISPs use. Don't ask me for a name. Don't know
Or Google "free cpanel web host". There are several. I don't know how fast they are.

A few years ago the support had rebuked me and he kept asking my phone number cuz he was texting me so fast and fast cuz he was so angry and he wanted to fight me on the phone
after few months i contacted support for another problem and the staff was again so belligerent.

If you posted here - https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/ - you could probably get help from a Jr Vip for like 20.00 USD and they would handle the whole thing for you.

Fr I feel like they just read the online documentation that they have available online. If you’re going to do that why even bother hiring support staff for this?
