I'm uploading a premium WP theme, a custom logo and some Lorem Ipsum and PLR filler for content and BAM, I'm selling this site, with no traffic, no income and no stats for $599.00. It normally takes me about a week to get one of these sold.
Just one of my IM income streams and it works like a charm.
