I've failed many times, and I've never said that. 
On topic though, good luck making the 1,000. I know it's difficult, but it's not impossible. If you can't make it this month, then try making it next. Don't be disheartened simply because you can't hit your goal right away.

Failure?! Do you really believe in it??
If you decide to make something in your life you are already ahead of many people, trust me, the greatest step has already been taken, and this is for few. What you call 'failure' it's actually your reward for your initiative and also your first test. More than that, it's actually a privilege and not everyone knows it. If you get up and persist at your path, after your fall(the failure), then it proves you have nerve to succeed. Otherwise it proves that you're weak and can't proceed. This is a natural selection and all the winners faced it. What you'll learn from this 'failure' will be a unique experience, and you'll also learn how to use it at the appropriate time.
This is the right path for all the winners: initiative => failure = > SUCCESS.
They are all related and all the winners went and go through all of them.
