If you look in the marketplace under miscellaneous, there are several sellers offering instant verification GMBs.
That would be your best place to start your search.

You will find a ton of information around local SEO and GMB tips posted around the forum by using the search function. Or... by googling:
As far as your question goes, you will very shortly realize information surrounding GMB methods are not opening discussed as everytime someone shares a method it is abused x1000 per day and Google shuts down the method.
I believe you will be looking at a $10,000 USD investment and an additional $1,000 USD monthly to do verifications.
Even if you have the money, you will find it very hard to find someone willing to share as it requires a great deal of trust that it wont be abused after the transaction.
I'm not offering any methods, but just some advice from my experience.

Main thing is even you get it done after giving a hefty amount no one guarantee that it will be there forever, one day or google google will dump it.
