gmail accounts max 1 account from a every single phone number![anyone facing the problem]

I am using single phone number for 8 to 10 Accounts.Can't see this kind of issue.

I can also make 5 accounts from one phone number, also don't forget to change you ip while registering.

I know there are many PVA providers out there, but I can't seem to find anything of quality that lasts more than 2-3 days before getting suspended (even when I don't use them) -- so I'd rather start creating them myself.
Anyone wish to sell their solution for getting access to bulk clean phone numbers that work with SMS for creating gmail PVA's? (I don't mind paying for the phone numbers from a service provider if inexpensive, such as $1/number.)
I've already tried several sms solutions online, but google doesn't allow their phone numbers to be used because they are marked as VOIP I think.
Anyhow, PM me if you want to work out a deal?
