gmail accounts max 1 account from a every single phone number![anyone facing the problem]

I was making 5 PVA gmail accounts from each phone number. but from last 3 days i was only able to make 1 account per phone number!!

Does anybody faced this problem?

may be its a new rule.. i personally own 6 gmail accounts with same number..

I know there are many PVA providers out there, but I can't seem to find anything of quality that lasts more than 2-3 days before getting suspended (even when I don't use them) -- so I'd rather start creating them myself.

Anyone wish to sell their solution for getting access to bulk clean phone numbers that work with SMS for creating gmail PVA's? (I don't mind paying for the phone numbers from a service provider if inexpensive, such as $1/number.)
I've already tried several sms solutions online, but google doesn't allow their phone numbers to be used because they are marked as VOIP I think.

We create just 2 Gmail per number.
BTW, don't you guys face bulk deletion when you create 5/8/10 IDs on one number? Because, you are basically linking all 5/8/10 IDs and telling gmail that you are one person using all of these IDs.
