I know you guys like freebies but I hope you aren't just sending him your articles, niches and keywords without checking that he can deliver, a month ago he was asking for help.
I'm going to temp lock this and ask if anyone who has applied has actually had any contact with the OP about this.
As @Asif WILSON Khan says, this looks a rather overly generous giveaway and could be a way to collect niche / keyword ideas.
