    This is my another contribution exclusively for this community.
    In past I had huddles with PayPal, I absolutely hate it to the core too. Not because I was not legit but because they don't care. You can search for my thread about PayPal alternatives which I made after I got rid of PP. Anyway, I have seen rise in the threads with issues of PP so I decided to give away these official emails that are working as of Dec 2016 when I sent them mails, they did respond. So if you are looking for some "Human" to solve your PP problem use these Email Address. I found them deep in web while trying to solve my problem, so don't waste your time. So go SAVE YOUR MONEY!

    Awesome post. As you have dealt with this stupid company, I was wondering if you advise me what is going on regarding an issue i'm having at present.
    I had provided some consultancy services to a new client. As far as I am concerned, it went off well. However, it seems like the client wanted it for free and filed a dispute with paypal claiming that he did not receive the service! I sent paypal all the conversations as proofs that the service has been provided. After what seemed like eternity, paypal finally closed the dispute in my favour. However, the client immediately filed a 'item/service not as described' dispute! I had to upload all the proofs again. This is the weird part: today paypal sent me an email saying this dispute was closed in my favor and 3 hours later paypal sent another email saying the dispute had been closed in the buyers (client) favour! WTF!!!
    UPDATE:
    I CHECKED THE RESOLUTION CENTER IN PAYPAL AND THIS IS WHAT I SAW:

    After careful review of the new information you provided, your appeal has been granted.

    This item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.

    FIRST OF ALL THERE WAS NO BALANCE IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT , I HAD ALREADY WITHDRWAN IT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT EVEN BEFORE THE BUYER HAD MADE THE DISPUTE! SECONDLY, MY ACCOUNT IS SHOWING AS NEGATIVE $50! ANY ADVICE?

    Similar situation as above only as a buyer.
    I requested my money back for a broken product but paypal denied this even after handing them evidence.
    Do you have any experience on such matters and if it is possible to still get the appeal in my favor? Thanks

    Amazingly I've got yet another probem with Paypal - my account is limited - again.

    All because my email server went down for a few days and resulted in 3 people asking for a refund - result - all funds frozen for a month and threats of shutting the account - even though once the email was working again and I managed to get in touch with them they've all closed their complaints.

    Paypal is stupid and crazy, it shuts out people who are actually genuine and true. I had all my real information and was doing all legal freelance work yet they shut it out. And they don't give you any reason even if you turn the work upside down. Moron's! I recommend you to use any other service to receive funds from new clients since they (PayPal) always (1/10) times close it in favour on disputed guy, in return they question your accounts liability. They have a problem with everything. They have a problem if you get large amount of money like 300$ in a row. They hold out that money for like 12 days for buyer to conform like WTF man! Its recommended to use paypal with regular customers because I am sure in sometime they will temporarily ban your acc since a dispute has been made. It started out with me the same way. It got limited for 180 days now and so those 6 months are over and they release my funds now. Highly pathetic of them! I have seen that people who have fake accounts get away so nicely for years!

    Yea, it was quite a passion of hate for them ;)
    Yea that's the routine that they limit your account in a week after someone disputes and it doesn't matter if they withdrew their dispute or you won or they won. Paypal is trash and doesn't care about any reality!
