Give to those who cannot give you back!

Now, i am not preaching religion or do you believe in god anything like that, I am supporting the fact that, when you do charity or any good, please try to give to the actual person who will really benefit and remember you in their prayers. There are really very poor people in the world, who struggle for a living!

Just take a break from IM, stop bitching about your problems and imagine how lucky you are in whatever living condition you are in, compared to those in the video.

I saw that video the other day somewhere, pretty strong.

I am too from India, and I know that Rs 1000 means a lot to those who struggles everyday for making even Rs 100..
Really appreciate what that guy did

I want to do this and so much more. This is a part of my vision of the future.

Everyone should always have a purpose that is greater than themselves, it keeps you going really intense so much longer

Then again, I only give to those who try to do something with their lives. I've seen many young homeless people on the streets of the city where I live, and all they do is sit there all day and ask for change - they simply do not want to work. I understand that some of them may have some sort of disability that may prevent them from working, but that can't be the case with all of them.

When I see someone asking for change, and if the person appears to me as if they're capable of work, I usually chat with them to see the reason why they're begging. To my surprise, of the 5 or so homeless I spoke to during the last month, 4 said they're simply not interested in working. Those guys did not get my change. I usually give change to the Big Issue sellers on the streets, as at least they're trying to do something, rather than sitting and begging.

Just because there are people worse off than you, it does not mean you have no right to bitch and moan about your own problems. I live my own life, not someone else.

True. There is a big difference between speaking whats on your mind, even if these are "luxury problems", or to be a drama queen and to tell everyone how aweful your life is.
