Girlfriend

Sorry if this sounds harsh but you need to man up. Shit happens and what's not meant to be is not meant to be. I guarantee you will find someone 10x better now stop feeling sorry for yourself man.
thank you

As they say in our country: the power of nine gloves. You need to sleep with nine girls in order to forget the one you were with. (Of course, these girls don't have to be ugly.) ou will feel better, you can safely develop and communicate with other girls. Just don't drink too much alcohol

thank you
Delete your ex off of all social media, any pictures, memories etc erase them all! delete her number or block them. You need to get rid of anything that will make you remember the times you spent together. It's not the be all end all trust me I've been through this. I stopped eating and felt so low but this is just a phase. You will soon realise and laugh about it when you meet someone better. Now no more feeling sorry for yourself, go out and get some!

Get to 10k / month and work on your body.

you’ll be just fine boss.

I second this big time.

I would follow @bartosimpsonio advices about relationships.

Do a fucking gangbang. :D

In general I have been in it since February but after 4,5 years. Painful, but not the end of the world. Meet new people, get drunk (not often), go out with your friends (even with ex friends), lift and run. You will be better bro!

Why do you break up in the first place?

Sorry to hear about your story here. Though I didn't face this kind of issue yet. Yeah, it's definitely hurting someone to lose his/her dearest one. You can find out a new one now. I think it's a better option for you. Though totally depends on you. All the best!

@Sheriff13 speaks gospel.

This is my proven technique
  • No explanations, no conversations, no second chances. You owe her nothing more.
  • Delete her from everything Social/Phone/Chat/Forums etc... - eliminate ANY contact FOREVER
  • The relationship is dead, it ended for a reason. Fuck her. She had her chance. You're better than this
  • Start going to the gym. It fills the time you would have spent with her and builds confidence
  • Find one other hobby that helps you improve - mntn biking, wood working, fishing - anything to engage your brain to learn something new and have to study. Personally, I gravitate to the outdoors
  • Embrace being single more than you loath losing her, life will reward you.
  • If she tries to contact you through friends, block them too. NO CONTACT. Being ignored will be the hardest thing for her. Bitches crave attention.
  • Have fun
  • Never look back, this is not a curse, it's a gift that will continue to unwrap over time
Source: LDR, she cheated, then lied. I erased her, all our common friends, changed colleges, lifted, got back into scuba diving, graduated with honors, fuck her.

Throw yourself into your work, take this as a life lesson and move on. Eat some chocolate, have a wank, tomorrow is a new day.

Wish I saw this earlier...

I won't joke.

Lifting advice from @Blackhat Lifter is sound HOWEVER..

If you are hurting that much you will end up putting all your focus into something to distract from here ie weights and if you have never lifted before or used a gym you can be prone to overdoing it, go in too hard and then you cause pains and problems. Can't go back to the gym and end up eating, you get comfortable associating pain and heartbreak with food as eating shit food makes you feel better. Then you become fat or the process of getting in shape becomes harder.

Gyms might be closed and buying plates at a sensible price is impossible - just wait till next year when covid "goes" and people lose interest the amount of 2nd hand gear on the market will be insane with insane prices to go with it anyway.

My advice.

Get a skipping rope and learn to skip, do press-ups, sit-ups and buy a long mirror and teach your self to shadow box, start running to shit music that makes you cry on loop and once you start to get upset spring between lamp posts. Your shadow boxing form will be shit unless you trained before and you will build habits until you can get to a boxing gym but its a bit of a lower impact training to get a new habit built until you can either get to a weight lifting gym or buy some home weights.

When my first long term girlfriend dumped me I jumped on a plane and spent 6 months training in a Muay Thai camp. Best time I ever had, best breakup as well.

Thank you so much.

Hey man that was my dialogue once upon a time. But whatever happens life has to move on. If you can't trust a girl leave that, take a bike go on ride to different places, it will disappear.

Sorry pal. I hope your pain eases as soon as possible. Don't make decisions when you are sad. It gets better. It really does. A hug for you.

One of the best ways to recover is to shift your focus on something else. Play a new game, start a new hobby that could drift away these thoughts. Aswell as writing on a journal your feelings if you can't find someone else to talk to.

Me and my girlfriend just broke up after 2 and a half years. It really hurts me because I love her. I have no idea what to do now. I'm from Italy and she is from Sweden. We've met a couple of times. But I guess nothing lasts forever. I'm broken as fck, idk what to do anymore..... I will never trust any girl ever again.
Same Happened to me 2 days ago but she came back yesterday and i know how it feels i was not able to eat properly things were getting worst :(
time will heal you :)

bang other girl or just fap the shit out of you + meditate 20mins 2 times per day
sounds funny but this is the most effective way
