I was looking into buying a few store giftcards on eBay, but my main concern is if they can steal the cash off the card, like the case of a target giftcard.
I know some of these can be used online.
I would only buy from reputable members with 100% positive feedback, but I was looking and the cards sell for more then the value???
So if I see target cards $200 going for like $238? isnt this backwards? Why would they sell for more then the value, unless you were trying to get cash off paypal account, to use without hitting your bank account.
This could be a very profitable blackhat area for the right business person.
Thats $38 profit from 200, but mins the ebay fees and stuff, you could end up losing money.
Just throwing the idea out there.
