The guide is straight forward. Don't complicate it.

You have an example link and what you need to change in the url.
 
Does somebody recommend some other place to add this than in footer? and otherwise not to the whole page but to an other website.
 
I still dont understand how this works. Do I have to change something on my own site???
 
1. Copy the URL of OP.

2. Change (OPs Keyword & OPs Link) In the URL you have copied

3. Now go to this link - You will have your own licence - Its auto made by changing URL

4. You have to Index it now. Use OPs recommended or something else.

5. OP recommends that you also put that icon in your websites footer - with the link you made.
