Is there a free way to find out who my ghost/fake followers are so I can block them? I'm trying to prove my instagram engagement. Hope someone can help

I use Instazood but it doesn't have this feature. Once I have the list I don't mind doing it manually

I did look at this the only problem is I have a lot of young followers so I want to avoid a bot liking photos of young kids lol

then scrape your posts from last 30 days
scrape all likers / commenters
scrape all watchers of stories
put them into one list (1)
scrape all followers (2)
remove (1) from (2) and voila your ghost followers
for a more basic clean out.
scrape followers, but only those who haven't been active in last (x) days
remove those
