Summary of the situation:
Purchased a Google Ads account, everything went good until the account got suspended and I needed my balance to be refunded.
The seller told me the refund will be available after 15 days.
After the 15 days passed the seller delete all our chat messages in Telegram and ghosts me.
Below I attach screenshots of our conversation.
What I hope to gain:

Full refund of $100 USDT

I think the mods banned him within a day so probably no one got scammed. But yeah, that "ongoing dispute" badge on such users profile might help other buyers make an informed decision.
