Getting Top Post in a Small Niche

I started an Instagram account two days ago targeted towards a small niche, but engagement from these audience should be quite high. My theory is that reaching top post on these hashtags should boost my account a lot. So how am I suppose to reach top posts. I think its the amount of likes and comments on your post. If that's true, could I just buy likes from a re-seller panels and boost to the top?

When targeting a small niche with a couple thousand total posts with those hashtags, it shouldn't be hard to rank in the top posts.
A boost in the number of followers along with a quality picture and high number of likes and comments are all you need and you're good to go! Try out a few posts with different hashtags and you would be ranking there in no time..
