Hey! If you're new to social media in terms of making money or even just growing pages/accounts as a hobby, this is my advice for you
I'm not putting more than 10 minutes into this post so I'll keep it short
The goal is to get you to have experience. Because that's what matters most in this field
You have to see how easy it is to get traffic & engagement so you realize the potentional of this
Now, I'll tell you what to do instead of just giving some advice and done
In my case, a friend of mine was offering a service for $50/month where he manages or grows a new account for you
In just 2 weeks or LESS, he got my account to 3k-5k followers and at around 600 ORGANIC likes
This is how you're supposed to look at it:
Followers are people who will see new content from you
Instagram has algorithms that decides which content an user sees
They put the best engaging content (most likes, most comments) at the top of the newsfeed so when users browse on IG, they will see your posts first
If you've got 50k followers AND you've got a really good amount of likes per picture that you post (in comparison to your amount of followers) then there's a good change a big chunk of these followers will see your posts and engage with them, thus growing your profile more and more
Of course, one you're at lots of followers, you can manipulate this to get your posts up and if you're marketing, it'll bring in lots of sales because you reach many people
Okay so for the account niche and all of that, here's what you do;
- Find a young celebrity (e.g. my account manager chose Jacob Sartorius)
- Find his page and just download (manually picked, always best) picturs of him
- Get a nice, original username (don't make it spammy, make it something smooth)
- Add emojis in your BIO, keep your BIO short and fun. Do NOT ADD LINKS!
- Posting twice a day. Do it when it's active. 7-9PM is active usually
- Add a nice description with emojis included and then also do something like 'Tag a friend who X' so you get more engagement (can't help much here honestly, just look at how other fanpages do it)
Most importantly, don't think too much about it. It has to be a nice flow
Okay so now you've got the account's structure planned/done, you'll need followers to fill the cup
It's important you find the right target. For fanpage accounts I would recommend doing the following;
- Get the celebrity account, obviously.
Now, there are lots of people who just randomly follow, but that doesn't mean that they're an actual fan who would like/post. So, I would recommend you follow people who liked his recent posts or commented on them (do this manually if you're a beginner, do it with a bot if you know how to)
If you can, find pictures with the least amount of engagement (usually means it's a bad picture) where mostly people who actually like the celebrity more than usual will still like the picture & leave a comment JUST because they love the celebrity.
The trick is: follow people who would engage.
- Gradually go higher with the amount of daily follows. Start out with 50 follows, then go up to 700 in like a week. Don't do it too quick or IG might block you. Just do it whenever you have time, leave some time inbetween instead of doing 600 follows at a time.
- Keep doing this, don't forget to unfollow
You can do it much better if you've already got some experience with digital marketing or perhaps GFX experience
Don't use this to make money, just do it for learning the power of social media. I guarantee you, it'll be useful! It's an experience you better experience as soon as possible
