Getting started with OFM

Hi guys, I know there's probably a million threads already, but I wanted to ask you how do I get into OFM?
I watched some videos on yt from Damir Nurzhanov, Markus hustle and some more creators and I got a grasp of the very basics.
Should I study more, should I look for a model then figure things out, or should I get a job, maybe as a chatter first or?

find a model yourself or run traffic deals if you're good at traffic
 
Start by learning more, get a solid understanding of how OFM works, try being a chatter first to gain hands on experience, build connections, and understand model management. Avoid rushing to find a model without systems in place. Study content from creators like Damir and Markus, but also look into real case studies and community discussions. Once you’ve got the basics and some experience, then consider scaling or starting your own agency.

Hey guys, I need help with a model. I can't find it or they don't respond or they aren't interested. Help me please. It's really a business that's close to my heart and I'd like to make it big. I swear I'm a real hard worker.
 
3 points of advice i've heard from various folks. ymmv.

1. Get hired as a chatter - You’ll learn DM workflows, sales psychology, fan behavior, and what actually makes money
2: Intern under a small agency (3–10 models). You'll learn ops: handling creator freakouts, OF bugs, promo bottlenecks, etc.
3: Start solo with one model + tight niche - Slowest path, but also teaches you everything.
 
I suggest you first get a job — that way you’ll gain experience and understand the system from the inside.
After that, you’ll be able to grow further, having figured out your strengths and weaknesses to build your own system
 
There is no better way to learn than to do. You will not make $ watching youtube. Move fast & break things, find out what works for you.
