One way is to disavow them but I don't know if it will guarantee your rankings back.what should i do next?

no.. im getting these links largely from july and ofcourse there had been drop from august 1st... anyway i have disavow links i got from last 1 and half months, some of the links from july is showing as broken links... or not activeIf it's a drop in the last 5 days, then google update is the reason
