Is it realistic to become profitable with native ads with low budget?
How much we expect to spend to test in native ads to get profitable?

Since I started studying media buying, everyone always says that Native Ads is the most difficult because it displays more knowledge and money

1) Depends on how low but probably not.
2) Some people never get profitable. Some people (few) can get profitable fairly quickly but luck often plays a part. There are no hard numbers I can give you here.

I would say NO You would burn the money.
But it depends...
- Is that money (from your budget), the money that pays your bills / food ?
- Do you earn recurring money ?
If your answers to these two questions above were, NO, and then YES
Then you can try...

If your budget is low, your campaigns should be constrained. Test few countries. Test few offers. Very few variants of creatives. Pick a vertical + GEO + traffic type. Ask your Affiliate Managers what's performing best.

I just hope you already use a tracker, with own domains, bot filters etc

From what I saw... people doing native are big spenders... some even thousands per day.

be ready to spend $1k-$10k before you find a winning campaign.

low payout offer + cheap traffic source.
For example: installs + popunder, datting + in page push...

i don't think it's possible on a low budget

plus, most native ad platforms are a pain in the ass to run ads on anyway. taboola and outbrain will make you jump through hoops, similar to facebook ads. will struggle to promote weight loss, health products, etc due to their ad policies. even revcontent will give you problems regarding this

if you can get your offers approved then i would say you need a large budget, at least 20x offer payout

it's very uncommon to become profitable from the beginning. this is because you start off running your ad across the entire network. and then you begin blacklisting as you get a couple clicks on your ad and compare that to how many landing page clicks you get. there's nothing complicated about it. the reason most people fail and most people can't make profit from it is because they finanically don't have the money to endure the upfront losses, so they give up after $100 spend or they don't try. also if you are bad, inexperienced, and do not know what you're doing, you will end up spending more money to reach profit which is another barrier to entry

No, unfortunately not.

Lets say you have a CPS Offer that pays 50$ Payout. Most media buyers would shoot for a 10x Payout Test. So in that case you are already at 500$ Testing Budget. If then you add in more creatives and more landing pages, it can easily add up to 1000$ Testing Budget for one offer. If you don't spend this budget for testing, you can never really know if a offer is worth it or not. Spending to less will likely not give you the results you are looking for. I know media buyers that spend as much as 2000$ just on one offer.

The most profitable way for native ads as i can see is ads arbitrage. I tried so many offers but it seem audiences alway want to read, not want to buy

Native ads usually require a larger budget for testing. I think you will probably need 5k USD for initial testing. You can use automatic optimizing tools to block those low-quality sites as soon as possible (eg, based on low landing page CTR), otherwise, they will eat up your budget quickly.
