Getting paid for referring affiliates?

Hi guys, I know between the lot of you, you'll have some answers to this.

I'm looking for half a dozen ad networks or affiliate networks, that pay you for referring new affiliates.

I've heard of some that pay you a percentage of their commission for life, and others for a certain time frame.

If you know of a couple please list them here with any details you have so I can take a look at them.

That would be called a 2 tier affiliate program.

people traffic
hugetraffic
and a few others that i know of

i have one that is a real business that have offline real biz backout and will be here for as long as you will be. paying cash for affiliate and residual income for financially weak. interested, just hit me up. u wont be regret hearing it.
