I have a fairly good domains portfolio and i have some names i currently have no use for that i would like to get rid of.

What approach do you find the best to ultimately get a "non-domainer" person interested ?
I'm trying to find the best way to formulate my communication.

Let's say i have the abcrestaurant domain and when i google "abc restaurant" i randomly find a restaurant with exactly the same name in a remote city that doesn't even have a website or has a poor domain name ... (whatever)

I am the righteous owner of these domains and i did not buy them to extort anyone, but i would not want to loose time and energy trying to make the guy understand it...
(i found that in the food or lodging industry these business owners are not really tech savvy)

I hope it's clear enough

If you live in the same country, maybe consider giving them a call?

To pitch to them, you need to let them know the power of the internet and how with your domain, they can outrank their competitors. So, in some way, you are sort of helping them.
Hope that helps.
