Getting more traffic from Germany, UK, etc

I run a game website (amazingslacker) but I'm not foolish enough to believe that I can compete with websites like addicting games and miniclip. That's not what I'm aiming for. About 60% of my traffic comes from us with the rest international. My question is how can I improve my traffic internationally especially in Germany where about 80% of my international traffic comes from

Hire a VA who knows german and give him directions for getting backlinks from German sites.

Optimize your website for Google Germany. It will be better to have a website in German, have address in Germany in page Contacts
I can help you in writing German content.
But the fastest way is to buy traffic. Or Google Adwords

I have a huge german arcade site, I get arround 300k UV with 4 pageview,I have also a englisch version of it and 10 other languages, what I can suggest you is, stay on the english market as the CPC is a lot better then german.
I also will now concentrate more on english traffic.
it's not worth it working for german traffic.

You can try building backlinks to your sites; In this manner search engine will index your sites after finding the links. You don't need to submit your website to search engines anymore, backlinks will do that.
