Getting Fake Traffic. How can i stop this??

Hello friends,

I wanna Help from you goys.. someone sending Fake traffic to my site and he's redirecting the URL like this :

and the IP's are different
182.163.72.68
54.79.32.199
54.186.197.204
54.153.101.5
54.79.61.123.
.etc...

How can i block this Fake Traffic..?

if u r wordpress ,u can easily block ip

use .htaccess to block them

But if there are more and more IP addresses this would be pointless I think?
