The funds WILL be taken from him because paypal has pre authorized privileges. If they cant pull it from his bank he WILL be sent to collections, they will call his bank and get his info even if the info on his paypal is false. You said above that charli is useing REAL info for his bank.... so he will still get fucked.

Anon is the only way to go for ALL the accounts.. you need a fraud bank account to get away clean

Firstly if the account is not verified Paypal cannot dig into your bank accounts and fork up the money and give the money back. But will take whats left, your Paypal balance, and return it to the disputer, however if the disputee has nothing in his/her Paypal balance. Then nothing will go to the disputer.. So Paypal never loses money, that's where this plan burn and fails.

However it is definitely possible to scam someone by selling them something, but you obviously know they will find out that it was a scam so before they do find out you send the money away and close the account. Does work once or twice, but im sure Paypal will see the money is going into the one same account and get suspicious. And trust me their not afraid to take all your money and close your account indefinitely.
