Getting back in the game with ClickBank

So, after a very long break away from selling on CB I have submitted my product for review because I want to take the easy option of having an affiliate program for it.

Now it's been such a long time since I sold anything on CB that things have probably changed on there and more than likely so with the aff side of things.

So, calling on those who are up to date with CB, what are the main pitfalls of using CB for the built in affiliate program?

Could I have made a better choice taking in to account the features offered by CB and the little effort required?
