amazon only offer
afflicate 《《《 can take days to 4 weeks.
merch account 《《《 takes months
Minimum years ago when I applied on a site I had 10 pages, got approved stright off first time around.
I didn't have any other affiliate ads on the site, just used Amazon.

Don't forget to put contact/privacy/terms pages that's will get your page more quality,
This is a given, plus you need a proper disclaimer on the site too.
