can you provide any sources on how to do that ? is it risky for the ad account ? Kindly explain

It would be a conflict of interest as to my position here to recommend a cloaking service as there are several that advertise here... look those guys up and chat with them as to what you need to do and how they can be a part of helping you be successful on FB with crypto ads.
