Getting a shadow banned account back. New Way

I heard that trying to deactivate it for couple days or maybe 2weeks should do the trick as well.
Or promote a post ;)

I tried promoting a post and nothing changed, so i contacted the help center and told them I promoted a post and now my engagement is a lot lower than normal and that my insights don’t match what’s presented on my page... the next day my insights were back to normal on most of my post, some where still low but I definitely noticed a difference
 
I also tried different post, for example I promoted a lot of models/girls, so I did a post about a child with a disability and the engagement increased over 200%... not sure if this is luck or what but try posting outside of your niche a few times to see what happens

Just wanted to say thanks you guys and hope to help people in the forumn in a more vocal way from here on out!

Do you have only one account on your mobile? Or are there any other accounts logged in your mobile device other than the shadowbanned?
