Who would be willing to mentor me or any new comers? Of course, taking a fee hopefully in the future once we have learned. And is it even permitted for other members on BHW to mentor others?

No, it is not permitted here on BHW.
You would get a much more well rounded education from just reading and participating here on the forum than if you went with one guy/gal anyway.

Thanks. I'll spend my time searching through the quality content here instead. I felt having a mentor would be a more disciplined way of learning. But what better way to discipline yourself by doing it solo.
