PM sent and I'm out of accounts for now. I'm waiting for reviews. I need to know how did you use the accounts and if you have any problems with them. Try to use them with care, as you use your own, see how long they last, if they get baned try to remember how did you used them ... May be this will not help only me but also the community. We can set or test some rules for using yt accounts this days.
Tested accounts uploading 4 videos on each account and it works very good. I like that I have channel created for every account. I did not expect to work so good.

hey OP, I am doing comment rater, would like to test some of your accounts for this task
I tested those accounts and it gave me a good impression from beginning because it logged in directly. No additional page appear with "save and continue" like on other PVA's from different providers.
+1 for channel created.
As i said I am doing top comments, all thumbs-up were valid and comment goes top even with lower quality proxies.
Gladly recommend those PVA to anyone.
Tested accounts and I am very satisfied.. The quality is awesome and I want to have this kind of accounts in the future for my business to make more money from Youtube. Nowadays youtube changed algorithms and we should to create a human emulation like this accounts created.

I tested accounts by commenting and rating and all comments that have been rated are on the first position. I was using shared proxies and this is a cool idea, this means that quality of accounts is very good. In the past I tried purchased accounts with private proxies but no success.

I tested the accounts and its quality is very flawless everything is working fine i can comments, subscribed, add ratings, add to playlist, upload videos, comment add google+ add to circles. The quality of accounts is very great.

Got my accounts on the same day i requested all comes with Gmail account, and still alive till todays, so far well created account.

Review:
First i uploaded some very spammy videos (blackhat) with account 1, usually these videos remain for only 2-3 days and then deleted but they are still active and still getting views which means that accounts are High Quality ones.
I mass commented with other accounts (my own method) accounts are still active.
I uploaded Quality 30+ videos (WhiteHat) to another account to check if they are asking for PVA verification but they all are working fine.
Personally i would say that these are really quality accounts and i never had any problem using them, i never see any PVA Verification yet or none of my account is banned yet.
