You should look around the forums, there are many threads that will give you alot of information. Don't bother trying, adsense can care less of your attempt to get unbanned.

actually it's difficult to unban from adsense. You need to show them some proof. Let contact them to know what they require you to do for unban

I would contact them and see what the issue is. Then you will know what you need to be unbanned if you can be.
