it depends on your list. If it is a list of targeted people, like people who all mentioned their new iphone 5 for example. You could send them an email with the top 10 apple apps for the month and use your itunes affiliate link in the emails, or better still, link them to a well designed landing page thats related to iphone apps and take it from there.
