it depends on your list. If it is a list of targeted people, like people who all mentioned their new iphone 5 for example. You could send them an email with the top 10 apple apps for the month and use your itunes affiliate link in the emails, or better still, link them to a well designed landing page thats related to iphone apps and take it from there.

Im trying to get in email marketing myself but isnt this against the can-spam act to message them without them having opted-in?

This is nothing new to most of us, but many people are not aware how simple it is to scrape leads.

You can do this manually or you can scale it up with scrapebox and get huge lists.

It's so easy, go to google and search for :

"ipad" site:facebook.com [email protected]
"ipad" site:facebook.com [email protected]
"ipad" site:facebook.com [email protected]
"ipad" site:facebook.com [email protected]

Change "ipad" to your niche keyword

You can also add more footprints:

[email protected]
[email protected]

You get the picture.
