Not sure if this was shared before or not, works pretty well just don't abuse it. It's an open discussion board so you don't need to log in or anything to make a post and insert your link in. Enjoy, happy posting :)

Go to the forum section and you can pick a city or your city and them blast a comment. You don't have to join.
 
The homepage is PR 8, but once you get to the forum section where you can post a comment with your link there is no PR so it's a useless link. If anyone can correct me if I'm wrong please do, but I think that's right.
 
Trust me, you will get crawled.. I know I do.
 
I don't think it matters too much that it's "no Follow" - the problem is it's not PR8 at profile level - Correct me if I am wrong

you are wrong. It is hard as hell to get real pr 3? 4? 5? or more link...

some of the juice will pass on your site - if the link is do-follow - here - no-follow but SEO likes no-follow also :) looks natural :)
 
Yes that site does get crawled very fast. I created a blog just for fun the other day and dropped a link on there and it showed up within 10 minutes.
