Go to the forum section and you can pick a city or your city and them blast a comment. You don't have to join.

The homepage is PR 8, but once you get to the forum section where you can post a comment with your link there is no PR so it's a useless link. If anyone can correct me if I'm wrong please do, but I think that's right.

I don't think it matters too much that it's "no Follow" - the problem is it's not PR8 at profile level - Correct me if I am wrong

you are wrong. It is hard as hell to get real pr 3? 4? 5? or more link...

some of the juice will pass on your site - if the link is do-follow - here - no-follow but SEO likes no-follow also looks natural

Yes that site does get crawled very fast. I created a blog just for fun the other day and dropped a link on there and it showed up within 10 minutes.
