So with some trial and error you can get on top comment of youtube videos ( or top #3-5 spot depending on rotation and age of video )
I used many bots and , upvote panels etc with no success at all. Youtube does not rank your comment just because you have the most likes. There is a rotation to the top 3-5 comments there based on their comments within that comment also.
Here is what you need so far from what I gathered.
Get a youtube account one which you have not used in a day or preferably aged one. Warm up that account watch 1 video or the video you want to post the comment on with the link. Watch over 2-3 minutes depending on the video. But overall warm up that account I usually watch the whole video, then hit subscribe, like and or watch later. After you used that account on youtube for 3 minutes post your comment with link but do no upvote it in any way yet. You have to wait. I would say wait minimum can be over 10 minutes here but I usually play it safe and wait until like an hour later.

Tip# Your comment will also even rank higher if you have some decent subscribers, content too. But basic accounts will rank like #3 spot in highly viewed video in which can be a benefit as top comment imo is overrated. When people scroll down just a little they see your offer and it looks more natural and like a real find.
