get more traffic?

Hi everyone.

I recently made my first website for affiliate programs, they keyword i am targeting has a high competition, but i am not giving up.
I have a problem with traffic, since i cannot easily rank my site, i have been trying social media (facebook and pinterest) even with those i haven't got much traffic so far. my best day was 400 visitors. when i post an article or post on facebook and Pinterest i get some traffic, otherwise, i get none.

so i was wondering if there is any traffic tips you can help me with!

Start integrating instagram too. Tumblr is also great if you have nice articles.

play on all fronts, facebook, instagram, twitter, pintrest, gmail+, look for facebook groups related to your niche, forums, anything that will give you good backlinks

Instagram is where it's at yo. Put a lil work into it get to 10k followers and regularly post and you can see 100+ extra visits from relevant peps on IG.

New here, and have been avoiding for a while lol, What up yall.
