Beautiful! When I read through your post, I realize that many things you said yielded results for me too - especially communicating with customers. That has been the #1 reason we've had a huge jump in sales for this year. Thank you for putting all this together. Rep+ for you. Am taking a printout and sticking it on my notice board so I don't lose focus in 2013
