Get in YouTube trending page

Hi,

So I live in the Netherlands and in our trending page you see allot of shitty video's like:
* Clash of clan hack 99% working!!!! No scam try now!
* Amazon free giftcard 99% working!!!! No scam try now!
* etc....

So how do these people get in YouTube trending? There channals have likes 5 subs and 50k views in one day....
