This method you can do yourself or pay your nephew to do like I did. The whole concept is to know peoples next action and use that to your advantage. Say you want to start a technology company selling POS Kiosks to mom and pop grocery stores or boutiques. Well who would your audience be? More importantly what action would they have to be attempting next for you to be in the right place at the right time? Probably they are just starting a business right? So let's run with that.

1. Start a new Facebook profile (might need to verify)
2. In the Facebook search bar type "my new location" OR "opening up shop" (be intuitive to your niche)
3. Change date posted filter to most recent month and year (you can go back as far as you want though, it sometimes work to hit up older post people).
4. Adjust Location filter if your business is location specific.
5. Add all of them as friends.
6. Send them a congrats on the new business venture.
7. Share a free resource with them about there business which isn't related to your product
8. like their post for the last 3 days.
9. Tell them if they ever need help reach out because you have successfully started your own
businesses before and is working on another.
10. Make a page for your actual product and use the invite all feature. Then follow up with Hi, Did you see my page invite? That's the new business I was telling you about you I was telling you about. Do you have a kiosk? See what I did there? You can do this for any type of product or service. The most important thing to do is to figure the search term based on where you want to catch that person in their process of development.

ALSO VERY KEY!!! You don't even have to invite all of them to the page you could just convert the profile to a fanpage after maxing out your 5000 friends which would make you fanpage be 5000. you could then repeat the process and then merge fanpages to get to 10,000. Note: in order to merge both pages need to have similar names. You could do this for clients to if you in the social media marketing space.

You can do the same thing on twitter.
You can't rush the process. You have to be patient. People feel obligated to buy from other people who have been nothing but nice to them.

I've removed the self promotional aspect of this.
