Never heard about links from wiki sites, what exactly should I do after signup to get some links not get banned?

Ya, there are also a couple of wiki bots out but you cannot add your own sites to them.
I have most of these in WikiPRO now I think at first glance but any that are missed will surely be added

not sure whether im missing something here..so the only thing that I can do is to edit a previous created content and add my link in there? cant see where can i add my own content? isn't it obvious to the admin of the wiki pages? cant they just edit and remove all the links?
