eklablog.com -> Login -> Register -> Create your blog -> Post Content -> Link -> Done

DA = 77. It's very similar to blogger(blogspot) - It does not pass the DA.

Note: It's in the French language and as i've seen, Google Chrome translates it.

Note: I've tested this 2 months ago, I dunno if they changed something or not.

Indexable = Yes, my "backlink" is still indexed. (800 Words, Link to wikipedia + my website)

Should I apply Tier 2 backlinks = Yes, if possible(I found this pretty similar to blogger.com)

Useful = Yes.

The great thing about them is that they offer different domains (like ekablog.net and kazeo.com) and AFAIK its totally safe to add more sites on the other domains too.

Also i used to bot everyday on this platform back in the day and never had a problem with it. Its one of the best web 2.0 for link building.

Yeah, it's a very useful platform to build web 2.0. Especially if you want to point to your money site

You can create 10 different blogs on the site. Will they be different subdomains and different links? Do they have the same IP?

Yes they will be different subdomains and will be counted as different links.

They are probably in the same ip but there is no problem with that at all since this is web 2.0 and its kinda common to have this setup.
