These are just a handful of the top ones on Google. Though I've used them all and really haven't found them to be very effective. I have my own tool that I use (which I am not looking to give away right now), but I'm willing to offer a free ping to anyone who is interested.

I'm not asking for thanks or rep as this is nothing outstanding. I just know when I was starting out I always had a hard time getting indexed. I've tested this with 3 blogs and 2 of them got indexed overnight. This also works great if you have a blog that you have recently updated the title, description, keywords, etc.
