Hello, so i was thinking i didn't share anything useful so far so here i will share a method that i used myself to register a domain for free just a couple hours ago. Still trying to find a reliable free hosting.
It's a recent tld so some people might not like them, but it's free.
How to get it:
-Go to http://www.we.design/
-Search for some normal name that is available, isn't working with premium names i think
-Add desired domain to cart
-Add coupon code :
You will see that after adding coupon code your cart should show $0.00
It will ask for CC number at the end but does not charge anything.
