I was facing problem of searching some country specific results and i thought VPN is the only way to go about it.
Then i came across this old trick, which i thought to post it here for someone who might think this is useful.
When we search on Google.com, we are presented with the search results related to our country, whether we write google.com or google.co.uk or google.fr
If we want the results related to USA only, we have to open
google.com/?gl=us
then use our searches for USA, this will then bring results for US, "gl" stands for google location.
Similarly with other countries, for United Kingdom, replace us with uk; for france replace us with fr; for australia replace us with au.
